- The SLEDB shall undertake not to disclose personal or any other data provided by the applicant in his/her/its online registration to third parties and ensure that the data obtained from the applicant shall use only for the purpose stipulated herein.However, the Sri Lanka Export Development Board reserves the right to verify the data/details supplied by the applicant from Sri Lankan Embassies/High Commissions in the respective countries.
- Once the payment is made by the applicant for the registration of EXPO 2012, the payment shall not be refunded by the SLEDB in any circumstances.

High level Iran delegation invited to ‘Expo 2012’
Sri Lanka and Iran identified that direct business to business contacts on a mutual basis and market access on both sides could be improved ‘vastly’ from that of current levels, as trade between both countries stood at US$ 808.63 m in 2010, the Industry and Commerce Ministry said in a statement. “A main concern on our exporters’ side is insufficient access to Iranian markets. Both countries should take necessary steps in this regard,” said Industry and Commerce Ministry Rishad Bathiudeen."
